MSSVision exists as a web site providing a venue for independent musicians to expose their music videos. Besides music videos the site displays independent music news, press releases, gossip, and offers song critiques.

Services
All requested services are generally completed within 6 business days from the date materials and information is received, including but not limited to video uploads, audio links, images.)  Free services may take longer. All music video submissions and song critique requests are initiated by you, and you understand that it is your responsibility and to your benefit to check the status of a submission or request for services.

Payments
Payments to MSSVision are processed by 2Checkout.com (“2CO”).

Refunds
In the event a service is not completed within 6 business days from the date the request is approved and confirmed, you will receive full refund for your payment. We reserve the right to complete the refund by check or through 2Checkout.com (“2CO.”)

Personal Information and Privacy
MSSVision collects only information needed to communicate with artists and complete requested necessary transactions. Any personal information collected for these purposes will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone unless approved by all parties involved. Whenever you share your information in connection with the Purposes of this site, it is your responsibility to update such information and keep it current with MSSVision. You will not hold MSSVision accountable for any activity or inactivity resulting from failing to communicate with you because of incorrect personal or contact information.
